Booking Policy: 

  • Families Only No Bachelors, Stags, Minimum age to book is 24

  • Max guest allowed 

        Grand Maison: 14 including children above age 3​

        Jolie Maison: 10 including children above age 3

Charges & Deposits: 

  • Cleaning Charge Per Stay:

    • Grand Maison CAD 250. 

    • Jolie Maison    CAD 150

  • Security and damage deposit: CAD 1000  to be paid on confirmation of reservation.  Refunds are done within 5 working days.   

  • Full booking amount (Excluding security deposit) to be paid 60 days before arrival. 

Cancellation

  • Deposits 60 days before arrival are Non Refundable

  • If we do get a booking during your cancelled time - the balance of excess fees will be refunded. 

Rules & Regulations

  • This is not a party house. Extra loud music, noise should not disturb nature or neighbours. Immediate cancellation may be imposed without any refunds on the booking amount if the rule is broken.

  • Do not throw litter on the grounds, in the lake and/or our roads. You are responsible for our nature and your litter.

  • Late check-out after 11:00 am applies. The fees is CAD 1000.00. We are sorry to impose this as due to COVID , it takes our staff extra time to clean and sanitize the chalet.
